Mini Pancakes w strawberries. We make 'em in house folks. Adding in a little powdered sugar (just a touch) + maple syrup. You can add in some more protein on the side but we do use Greek yogurt in the batter so this does end up being a complete meal -

Pasta Bar Wed/Friday
Build your own pasta lunch. Start w simple and delish pasta. Options to make it pasta butter, pasta olive oil, pasta w marinara or pasta w pesto (no nuts). Add in grilled Mary's chicken or vegan tenders or Italian chicken sausge. Add some freshly grated Parm. Include veggies on the side or not. Oh yeah and you can also make this meal GF.

Oh, glory, glory. Take a bagel. Smothered with our chock-full of veggies, house-made marinara. Then melt that mozzarella and top w pepperoni. On the side is our chef's choice like warm veggies, cold, crunchy veggies, caesar salad or fruit.
