How to Order:
Step 1: Verify or Create an account
At the start of the school year, as returning parents, older students or teachers will need to:
Step 2: Deposit money into the Organic Kids L.A. account.
New OR returning parents will need to make an initial deposit if your account is zero
Step 3: Place your orders.
*Think of your OKLA account like a checking account.*
The money in your OKLA account gets deducted on the same day the lunch is delivered NOT when you place your orders.
*When you place your first order, the size you choose will automatically be your default size.*
This changes every time you place a new order with a different size.
*When you order your first meal and choose your first daily treat (you have 4 different choices plus the option for no treat), that becomes your default for all orders going forward.*
But just like the choice of size, you can change on any future order if you like.
*Check your account in real time at any time* We send reminder emails on the weekends that are generated automatically early in the day - if they don't match what you think, just log into your account and see Order Lunch Calendar or Billing and Payment Page to see up to the minute status of your account/orders.
